Bondie is operated by Gap Linker Technologies Inc. Using the app means you accept what is written here. It is short on purpose.
You must be 18 or over. Bondie is rated for adults and is not directed at children. One person, one account.
You keep every right to what you send. You give us only the permission we need to run the product: to store your photo and deliver it to the people you chose. We do not sell it, show it to anyone you did not send it to, or use it to train anything.
Every received photo has a Report action. Reports reach a review queue. Content involving a child is triaged ahead of everything else and reviewed within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and end the accounts responsible.
You can delete your account, and everything you have sent, from inside the app or by following these steps. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
Bondie is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and to deliver every photo, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
If these terms change materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
